You can see the report from the NTSB here . The list of tank cars at 15:00 is from the EPA spreadsheet here . It's not explicit what order the cars were but that seems to be given by the Line # showing that the Vinyl Chloride was in cars 28-31 and 55, as per the NTSB report. This whole section of the train is a nightmare! See my question : "Is it standard practice to mix hazardous materials with explosive hazardous materials in the same train?" The answer seems to be "Yes". From Wikipedia : "Of those [150 or 151, depending on the source] cars, 20 were carrying hazardous materials, including chloroethene (vinyl chloride), butyl acrylate, 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, isobutylene, combustible liquids, and benzene residue."
