UN Urging Action in Colombia

Over four hundred people killed since peace treaty signed with FARC, cocaine production up 350% in period 2012-2017.

The problem is that there is no international human rights organisation operating on Colombia. Why? Necause the Colombian government (and police and armed forces) are not able to protect the human rights of human rights representatives. Pictures I took in Cali a few months ago:
