Natasha's Parents' House in Russia Is Flooded
Oh dear! It's waist-deep! I wonder whether they have the same poor land-management that they have in the north? Once soil becomes depleted of organic matter it loses it's ability to soak up rainfall and the result is flooding and then droughts in the dry season. And there is a story here about the highly dubious local elections in Primorsky Krai.
