What she says seems to me to apply equally to the EPR paradox: if you make two separate observations on a spin-singlet state then you are carrying the information about the preparation of the state to the places where the measurements are made.

She wrote a prize-winning essay for a competition run by FQXi with the title Fundamental? and there is an on-line discussion with readers which you can read.
