Angela Collier on Dyson Spheres

They sound quite interesting: Dyson Sphere. This is a great followup to Richard Murphy talking with John Christensen About Rational Agency in Economics and Sabine Hossenfelder on Censorship.

Here's his paper: Search for Artificial Stellar Sources of Infrared Radiation.

The problem with her posting links is that her videos get 15,000 views in the first two hours after she posts them, so if the web server the paper is on isn't very beefy then it melts. See http://alpha.sinp.msu.ru/~panov/Lib/Papers/SETI/184844a0.pdf. Poor Russians have enough trouble getting around Nature paywalls without this!
