There is no International law, and there hasn't been any since the United Nations was established. The UK and the USA have been using covert channels to carry out illegal operations, the perpetrators of which are immune to prosecution because no legal system has jurisdiction over the other. Then they created an offshore territory so the scale of these illegal activities could be vastly increased, and now that territory has nuclear weapons. 

It's simply that the Empire is drowning in its own excrement. Nothing anyone says has any significance. It's all a collectively-maintained farce. See The Global Currency Exchange.

Using Pipewire to Make A Music Synthesizer

Usually you don't notice, but if you play a pure sine tone then you can easily hear the distortion. If you want to play with pipewire from C on Ubuntu 24.04 then it's really easy. The pipewire tutorials and examples can be compiled and run if you just first install the pipewire-0.3-dev package with sudo apt install libpipewire-0.3-dev But the API is sooo far away from pluggable, typed streams that I find it quite depressing.
