Planet Earth Is Dimmer And Reflects Less Light Since The 1990s

That light that used to be reflected (0.5 Watts/Sq. Meter) is not being reflected, ... so where is it going?

See my comment on YouTube:

Back in 2016 I realised that we know so little about the optical physics of the upper atmosphere that there was potential for a disastrous miscalculation of the effects of air pollution, [Not just air pollution by human activity, but possibly by solar CMEs, comets, meteorite showers etc. as well.] ... what triggered this was sleeping in the streets in Cochabamba, Bolivia and staying awake all night and hearing the birds starting to sing at 2am, many hours before sunrise. Some birds eyes are more sensitive to ultraviolet radiation, aren't they? What I wondered, ... without any data of course, because I was peniless and living on the streets, ... was whether there was some refractive effect whereby UV radiation was entering the atmosphere at certain latitudes and being refracted around into areas that before were dark, ... I am still peniless, but not living on the streets anymore, so I don't know whether the birds in California are also waking up in the early hours or not, ... Perhaps not, because the bird in David Lynch's Weather Report today seemed to be late for an appointment: https://youtu.be/h6ZJNMSr4Dg?t=13
