Dana S. Scott on the History of Lambda Calculus

I couldn't find a copy of the Cardone and Hindley History of Lambda-calculus and Combinatory Logic technical report he mentions at 29:40 (and 55:02) but I did find a copy of Hindley and Seldin's book Lambda-Calculus and Combinators An Introduction. I've only scanned the first sixty pages or so and it's really good.
