At 35:03 the woman asks whether he thinks a healthy cell will be destroyed by being pumped with the resonant frequency of the healthy cells. I think it's a good question, but he doesn't seem to want to entertain the idea of repairing a cancerous cell rather than destroying it. It may be that by destroying the cancerous cells you spread the carcinogens into the neighbouring healthy cells. Then at 37:59 it seems to me to be someone else explaining their own misinterpretation of the original question.   Maybe ask Elizabeth Mamani C. if she has any ideas about this? That might explain the murals I mention in my recent untitled post , just before the post mentioning this video. I also just took this photo of Rafael Gonzales, born here in Tecate, B.C., who told me about a spring near here called Agua Fría , half way from Tecate to Loma Tova , where, a few decades ago, people used to go to have barbecues and stuff, but now he thinks it may be private land.
