Juan said that the ACAS still functions below 1,000 feet, but just that it doesn't give an advisory.

There's a bit about night flying at 10:32 (and 14:42 and 25:13) here, ... they use night-vision goggles and they also have to see their controls "it's very stressful". But they don't like flying in the daylight. I reckon the amount of cheap LED lights has reduced the effectiveness of those night-vision systems. People are putting these things everywhere and lighting up stuff that is nothing to do with them. If this is what it was like forty years ago during "Urgent Fury", imagine what it must've looked like over Washington DC:
