Today I learned about Figma, ...

... apparently it's being called an "Industry Standard" design tool. So I signed up for a free account to see how it works. I am not encouraged. The first thing it asks you  is "What do you want to do today?" and it offers three choices. Design a web page, a mobile app or a desktop app.

Wouldn't you want all three at once? And then your "dev mode" would make sure they all implement consistent UI and business logic, ... but I don't know what "dev mode" is, because it's not in the free version. Good luck anyone who uses Figma, ... you're locked-in to a pile of crap. How much did they make you pay for that? £18 a month. See Louis Rossmann Talking About Shrinkflation.
