Chemistry is Not What They Teach You in School

Well, I don't know what they teach in school these days, but when I was at school Chemistry was all about how different atoms combine to make molecules. There are all these different kinds of atoms (118 so far) in the Periodic Table and they combine in different ways to make more complicated structures. But there are many different ways to talk about how this happens:
