Evo Morales and EU Involvement in Cocaine Production in Bolivia during 2016

In 2016 Morales increased the amount of land that could be used to grow coca by hundreds of thousands of hectares, with the explicit consent of the European Union. To understand the significance of the following you need to know that coca from the Chapare accounts for less five percent of that used by indigenous people in the traditional manner, i.e. chewing the leaves. 99% of the  coca from chapare is used exclusively for cocaine production for the simple reason that it tastes like chicken shit, on account of the amount of fertiliser necessary to grow coca in the Chapare. I also just took this photo of Rafael Gonzales, born here in Tecate, B.C., who told me about a spring near here called Agua Fría , half way from Tecate to Loma Tova , where, a few decades ago, people used to go to have barbecues and stuff, but now he thinks it may be private land.
