24:43 Google can't find anything about a piece in New South Journal about breaking rules and taboos. The Wikipedia page New South (magazine) says

New South (previously known as The GSU Review) is an American print literary magazine published twice a year by Georgia State University. Founded in 2007 by Jamie Iredell and Christopher Bundy, it is affiliated with GSU's Creative Writing program, which also publishes the literary magazine Five Points.

But New South Journal was new in 1975, when that interview with Thompson was recorded:

New South is produced by MFA and PhD students at Georgia State University. Previously known as The GSU Review, we’ve been publishing new fiction, poetry, nonfiction, and art since 1975. 

I wonder whether George W. Bush likes Hunter S. Thompson's writing? Hunter S. Thompson was a much, much better writer that I will ever be. I do not have any plans to become the next Hunter S. I also just took this photo of Rafael Gonzales, born here in Tecate, B.C., who told me about a spring near here called Agua Fría , half way from Tecate to Loma Tova , where, a few decades ago, people used to go to have barbecues and stuff, but now he thinks it may be private land.
