I found this tutorial by Bart Jacobs and Jan Rutten interesting. It focuses on connections between initial algebras and final co-algebras by natural transformations. [Having briefly scanned it, I think I must've imagined that bit, ... or it was another text I was reading around the time.] Either way, this is relevant to closed fields and what I was talking about here: Ian Grant's Weather Report julio 27, 2022.
