I don't remember doing this. I guess I just clicked on links at some point and these apps share cookies or something. I don't think that's the way to do whatever it is you people at patreon are trying to do. What is liberapay for? It looks like it can circulate funds without incurring transaction fees. That's interesting. The only way I can inject fiat currency into it though is via PayPal and I haven't had a happy relationship with PayPal for quite some time. I'll try liberapay without a payment account, and maybe that will work. It doesn't: see https://liberapay.com/IanANGrant, and it won't work with Twitter/X either.
