35:03 I had this idea that Bolivia could have negotiated with Chile on the basis of joint development projects. That coastline and the Atacama desert is a unique geographic phenomenon which surely provides unique opportunities for human development. I hadn't considered the possibility of doing some sort of three-way development with Peru involved as well. (42:24)
