Radio Fides Bolivia - Interview with Iván Bernardo Pedraza

This is about the sale of data resulting from a hack on La Agencia de Gobierno Electrónico y Tecnologías de Información y Comunicación. The data includes a list of known vulnerabilities in the National Police system. They're selling copies of this data for $150. Not only could people make false statements, but the data about who made the statements could be revealed. See my blog post of April 2015 Developing Secure Communications and Maria Ressa's UN Address.

The executive director, Vladimir Terán, says that these were copies of historic documents that had been downloaded to an employee's home computer and that the hackers only accessed that machine and the data that was on it. But then he goes on to admit that the employees access credentials to the AGETIC network were compromised, but that they were changed within a matter of days after the breach.

Interview with Renzo Mercado, National Director of Technology and Telematics for the Police. He states categorically that there was no data breach.

And with Sergio Toro, Director of Technology and Diana Chirico, CSO at the municipal government of the city of La Paz. They demonstrate how they use ZAP to scan web portals for vulnerabilities.
