Chad Spensky on Decentralising Authentication

This is a very good talk. He started Allthenticate to develop and market this system. 

It turns out it's really hard to design a system that works for everyone. This one is clearly aimed at people who live typical American tech-oriented lifestyles, so it's not going to work very well for anyone who deviates much from that. There are some general principles here that could be abstracted and made available for everyone, but then it's hard to see how anyone will be able to make money from that exercise.
