Bolivian Elections - Renán Cabezas and Ramiro Venegas Denounce Alleged Electoral Fraud Scheme

They believe that this company has access to the Dirección Nacional Servicio de Registro Cívico electoral roll along with biometric data and data from the results transmission system and also voting slips and source code for some system and that they intend to use this to commit electoral fraud. See EU Observers Participate in Simulation of Preliminary Results Transmission. They demanded access to the servers with the press, but were denied. The center in La Paz is believed to have been financed by Marcelo Claure. (YouTube auto-dubbing messes this up altogether. You have to choose original Spanish soundtrack from the settings). Ramiro Venegas and Renán Cabezas are MAS IPSP representatives in the Cámara de Diputados.

 

Hector Arce is appealing to Samuel Doria Medina to authorise national press access to this "Electoral Control" facility to show the people that there is nothing illegal going on.
