I like listening to Leonardo because I can understand almost everything he says. Evo presents an international picture and has a long list of treacherous acts committed by the Arce administration. It's a catalog of US interference since Arce took office, items ticked-off like a shopping list! Then he presents the voto nulo counts broken down by municipality and they claim victory in 63% nationwide. He's still upbeat, particularly about the international support and the forthcoming Movimiento Internacional Anticolonial meeting scheduled for October and November this year, I think.
